These unfurnished apartments feature fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Each unit also includes an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. With west facing windows, you’ll enjoy plenty of natural sunlight to brighten your space with gorgeous sunset views. There is a ground floor devoted entirely to local retail and dining. All of these exciting components will come together to create one groundbreaking development positioned in the center of our vibrant downtown neighborhood.
Terms and Rent Details:
- Rent: $1,550 per month
- Application Fee: $40 per adult
- Security Deposit:** $1,000
- Pet Policy:
- Cats allowed
- Small dogs allowed (with breed restrictions)
