Sara Young-Parrish, Residential Property Manager at AMJ, and NCFAA Assistant Property Manager of the year in 2022, has been a valued member of the team since March 2019. Drawing on a robust background in property management, marketing, and with over 17+ years of customer service, Sara has consistently demonstrated her expertise in maintaining high occupancy rates across the AMJ portfolio and has a proven track record in effective leasing, property and team management. In 2021, North Pointe Villas, under the leadership of Debbie Truesdale, James Doyle, and Sara Young-Parrish, was honored by the NCFAA with the Renovated Community of the Year award. In her personal time, Sara deeply values her family, including her husband and their two children. Her passions include literature, traveling, gardening, outdoor activities, and cooking. As a dedicated mother and aunt, Sara finds immense joy in fostering the growth and development of her children and nieces and nephews. She actively engages in their growing interests and cherishes the opportunity to create a tapestry of beautiful family memories. Her dreams include continuing her out-of-country travels to experience beautiful diverse cultures, rich histories, culinary delights, art and architecture.
