Andrew Theriot

Andrew Theriot joined the Liv Apartments team when AMJ acquired the property in 2016. Since joining AMJ Andrew has led a renovation project on the property with plans to renovated all 208 units. Andrew and the staff he leads at Liv Apartments efforts have been recognized by the North Central Florida Apartment Association as Liv Apartments was awarded with “Renovated Community of The Year 2019”. Andrew currently resides in Gainesville with his dog NOLA and loves watching LSU football.
