Currently, AMJ has several major projects under development. Madison Park, a 52,000 sq.ft. office condominium complex in Gainesville is under construction with a 4,000 sq. ft. bank branch already operating on an out-parcel. AMJ is ready to begin a 37,000 sq. ft., retail center in Ocala, Florida.
